Research Interest:
My primary research focuses on the dynamics of power, leadership, and employee well-being. I am particularly interested in how these dynamics influence employee mental health, motivation, and prosocial behaviors, especially within the context of remote work environments. I examine these questions using a multi-method approach, including laboratory experiments, computer simulations, and field-based investigations. My current research investigates how social power dynamics, leadership transitions, and remote work environments impact employee well-being, with a particular focus on inclusivity for neurodivergent individuals.
