A Problem Solving Challenge: Interested?

Lean manufacturing -
it's not a set of tools, a software program, a new technology, or a piece of
equipment you can purchase. It is a
company culture, quickly developed and sustained over time, in support of
manufacturing. Every associate entering a company must be trained in lean
thinking and it should be fully supported by management from top to
bottom. It requires clear, concise
communication and a consistent problem solving methodology. In other words,
lean must become a way of life if you want to compete in a global market with a
competitive cost index.
Come and learn how
problem solving is really done on Thursday September 30th and then come back on
Friday for a full day seminar on building a true lean culture.
