Bio:

Dr. Charles A. (Chuck) Pierce is Dean and Professor of HR Management, School of Business, Oakland University. He received his B.S. (1990) from Syracuse University and M.A. (1992) and Ph.D. (1995) from the University at Albany-SUNY. Dr. Pierce's research interests include workplace romance, sexual harassment in organizations, test bias and discrimination in the selection of human capital, and organizational research methods. He has published his research in premier scholarly journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior & Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Research Methods.
