Bio:
Dr. Greiner combines practical experience with scholarship. For him, academia is his third career. For his first career, he worked in government and politics, managing campaigns across the country, working on Capitol Hill and in several state capitals, and ultimately serving as Deputy Mayor of Warren, Michigan's third largest city. For his second career, he practiced Bankruptcy law, founding his own firm that grew to employ over ten people. During that time, he helped thousands of families and businesses restructure their debts to help them turn crisis into success. Dr. Greiner works to incorporate this practical experience into his research and teaching.
