Faculty Offices & Centers:

• Elliott Hall has 55 faculty offices including the chair & ATiB offices.
• The full-time faculty will be at 59 in Fall 2005.
• It is estimated that the faculty will grow to 75 by 2020.
• Thus the SBA needs 20 additional faculty offices at 120 sq.ft. - the State standard.
• Undergrad advising & dean offices give 3 offices for EMBA & EI faculty & Staff.
• Three Centers in new wing add three faculty offices - Real Estate (FIN), Government internships (ECN) and Not-4-Profit IT (DIS). 
• Therefore, the need is for 14 new 120 sq.ft. faculty offices in the new wing.
• Until we have 75 faculty some of the offices can be used by retired faculty.
• Wing would clear faculty, EI and Development out of 238 EH & give CECE more rooms.

Staff and Faculty Lounge:

• The mail room would stay in 434 EH.
• A new Staff & Faculty lounge room in New Wing.
• Lounge would have comfy chairs, fridge, microwave, tables, chair, stock ticker, etc.
• Fridays this space would host a full TGIF catered by Bravo: -)
